Josh is an ALL-STAR!!! He was our realtor as first-time home buyers and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. He planned a house hunting weekend packed with about 20 homes during our visit to the area from out of town. We bought somewhat of a fixer-upper and had issues securing a VA loan, but Josh put so much time and effort into communicating and coordinating between the bank, the appraiser, the contractors, the seller's realtor and us to get us to closing.
